We won’t have a story time on December 4 because of the Holiday Book Sale. Our story time on December 11 will be Knuffle Bunny stories by Mo Willems. Learn about Trixie and her friend Knuffle Bunny who goes everywhere (?) with her. Our Learn with Linda program for December will be holiday stories, snacks, crafts and more.
A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Pember Library and Museum will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Pember. This is a regular meeting and open to the public.

Beth Elam has been quilting for over ten years and has her own quilt company, Star Quilts. She became interested in quilting from reading the books of Laura Ingalls Wilder. Join us on Saturday as Beth shows kids some of the fundamentals of quilting while Pat Oathout reads some stories that follow the theme.
Because of the book sale, we will not be having story time on July 10. We will have stories on the other Saturdays in July as follows: July 3 – Independence Day July 17 – Ice Cream! Join us June 26 at 10:30 AM for the grand opening of the Pember Library’s PBS Kids Raising Readers Library Corner. The Pember Library has joined forces with WMHT through the NYS Ready To Learn Statewide Planning Project to install a special, permanent spot in the library that gives children and families the opportunity to strengthen literacy skills through fun, engaging multi-media platforms.
