Join The Puppet People at 1:00 PM on May 25 at the Pember Library at 33 West Main St in Granville and “Dig Into Reading” to solve the mystery of Book Island in this puppet pirate adventure! The Puppet People are husband and wife team Mark Carrigan and Michelle Smith-Carrigan who have been entertaining people for over 20 years.
The program will kick off our Summer Reading programs, one for preschool, one for school-age children and a third for teens. See our other posts for more information and a schedule of programs through July.

A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Pember Library and Museum will be held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Pember. This is a regular meeting and open to the public.

New researchers tend to hit a dead end, which discourage them to the point where many of them give up. In this course, Kathleen will solve (or explain how researchers can solve) these problems for them. As Kathleen solves each problem, the entire class will learn how to handle it when they hit it.
