The Pember Library and Museum will hold its Annual Dinner on Monday, September 26 at the Organ Barn on North Grimes Hill Road in Hebron.
The Pember Board of Trustees arranges the dinner to raise funds for the general support of the Pember Library and Museum of Natural History. There are many wonderful programs and activities for adults and children at the Pember. There is a fantastic collection of approximately 7,000 objects in the museum, covering a wide variety of natural history subjects and approximately 21,000 books in the library collection including over 2,000 DVDs.
The dinner will be catered by Edward’s Market. Choices for the main course are prime rib, chicken bruschetta or crabmeat-stuffed flounder. There will also be a silent auction, featuring gift certificates, jewelry, sampler baskets, arts and crafts pieces, and more.
The cost of the dinner is $50 per person or $90 per couple. The silent auction and cocktails begin at 6 p.m. with the dinner following at 7:00 p.m. Music will be by Moose Crossing.
