Quilling class
February 7, 6:00 PM at the Pember Library 33 West Main Granville. We will be making filigree earrings. Pat Oathout will teach quilling, an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. Penguin Awareness Day
Did you know? Penguins are found in Antarctica, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Peru, the Falkland Islands, and the Galapagos Islands. Elsewhere, they are only found in zoos. Penguin Awareness Day is January 20. Learn about and appreciate this native of Antarctica. Beth from the Pawlet Library loaned us some of her stuffed penguins to accent the books and videos we have about penguins.

Toys for Tots
UPDATE: as of 12-18-12 ~ The Toys for Tots collection has been picked up. Check with your local church if you still have items to donate. We are a collection station for Toys for Tots.
