Craft Corner at the Pember
Beginning January 20, the Pember Library will provide space each Thursday for knitters, crocheters and other crafty folks to get together and share their talents. Crafters of all levels are welcome. For information, call 518-642-2525.

Card making class
Save money by making your own cards and tags. We will have a class in card making with the focus on the upcoming holidays. There will be a $1.00 per card fee. Please bring glue, tape runner, or adhesive. Sign up at the library so we can plan for supplies. We will add a second class if there is enough interest.

Computer Classes
Beginning computer classes will once again be offered thanks to a grant from The Washington County Home for Aged Women. Barbara Young will teach five 1 1/2 hour sessions beginning December 3. Sign up now to get a place in the class. The class size is limited to eight people.

This special workshop presented by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Washington County will enable you to  learn about Reducing energy bills Low-cost, no cost energy conservation methods Each participating household will receive an Energy-Saving Kit FREE and open to the public. Making Ends Meet
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Washington County will present a 2-hour Money Management Workshop at the Pember Library.
