I remember Genii’s daughter coming in to the library asking if we needed a volunteer. Boy, did we! Genii came in and helped us with cataloging and transferring all of our books from our old automated system to a new one. She worked hard, always with a sense of humor. If you are 50 or older and would like to learn how to use a computer or improve the skills you have, now is the time to join us for a couple of lessons – no pressure, relaxed atmosphere, and hopefully, some enjoyment. Please join us for our annual Holiday Open House. Our lovely Victorian building will be decorated in celebration of the holiday season. We will have snacks, music and something for the kids! I’m currently reading a couple of books. How to knit a wild bikini by Christie Ridgeway, an escapist romance that I am only a couple of chapters into.
