Grade School Art Show June 15 6-8 PM
  The Pember Library and Museum will have an exhibit of 450-500 pieces of art done by local elementary students on June 15 from 6-8 PM. Based on taxidermy specimens from the Pember Museum, art teacher Jennifer Dashef had the kindergarten through third grades draw and paint owls. Library Lucy book debut June 15
The Pember Library is excited to present its very own children’s book featuring Lucy, the Pember’s resident library cat.  Library Lucy: Sleepy Secrets at the Pember Library and Museum, written by Kristina Martin, has been a collaborative effort between the library, Granville Central School District and the author.  Illustrations for the book were chosen from artwork submitted by elementary art students of GCS district.  An art exhibit by the students will accompany the book launch and signing event at the …

WWII movie in honor of Memorial Day. Thursday May 26, 6:00 PM at the Pember Library. John Wayne plays the hard-nosed rough-and-ready Colonel Mike Kirby who heads a courageous bunch of tough-as-nails Green Berets determined to capture an important enemy general.
