Pember to host 1960’s Coffee House Fundraiser
Calling all singers, poets, troubadours and coffee hounds! The Pember Library and Museum will hold its third annual “Coffee House – Java and Jive” fundraiser on Friday, January 6, from 7 – 9 PM.
“We’re turning the clock back 50 years to the atmosphere of a 1960’s coffeehouse with open mike and open call for musicians, singers, poets, writers and stand ups to make their voices heard,” said Pember Board President, Mary King . “It’s great fun and there will be a range of hot brews for sale, including flavored coffees, cappuccino and espresso along with coffee cakes and special pastries.”
Admission is free.
The Museum will not be open for this event.
