Save Money by making your own Holiday Cards
"Open craft night." People can bring in their card making supplies and work here, sharing materials and ideas. Some basic materials you might bring: card stock, stickers, scissors, holiday scrapbooking paper, glitter, glue sticks, stamps & ink pads, etc. Below are some samples; there are several others on display at the library.

Linda’s November Program
Linda is planning a Thanksgiving program on November 22nd at 11AM. We will have Thanksgiving stories, crafts, tasty turkey treats, and a contest. All children are invited to attend.
Book Club
The library book club will be reading The Conscience of a Liberal by Paul Krugman. Their next meeting will be November 20 at 1PM.

What are you reading?
I’m currently reading a couple of books. How to knit a wild bikini by Christie Ridgeway, an escapist romance that I am only a couple of chapters into. From previews I read about it, it looks like it may get a little steamy… Also by my bedside is A Pocketful of History: Four Hundred Years of America–One
