Craft Corner at the Pember
Beginning January 20, the Pember Library will provide space each Thursday for knitters, crocheters and other crafty folks to get together and share their talents. Crafters of all levels are welcome. For information, call 518-642-2525.
Quilling Class

Card making class
Save money by making your own cards and tags. We will have a class in card making with the focus on the upcoming holidays. There will be a $1.00 per card fee. Please bring glue, tape runner, or adhesive. Sign up at the library so we can plan for supplies. We will add a second class if there is enough interest.

Computer Classes
Beginning computer classes will once again be offered thanks to a grant from The Washington County Home for Aged Women. Barbara Young will teach five 1 1/2 hour sessions beginning December 3. Sign up now to get a place in the class. The class size is limited to eight people.

Making Ends Meet

We have people coming in every week to enjoy the company of others while they work on their crafting (fiber therapy.) Please join us for a while to show off your work or to get help if you are stuck on how to do something.

Computers for Seniors
Barb Young will be teaching another session of computer classes for Senior Citizens (age 49 or over) at the Pember Library. Classes will run from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Mondays and Fridays from May  10 through May 28. Classes will cover internet and email, word processing, and using the library card catalog with databases.
