The Summer Reading Program for parents and children in grades K-6 will begin on Saturday, June 23, from 11 a.m. to noon. Designed to encourage elementary- aged children to keep reading during summer vacation. The program will follow the statewide theme, “Libraries Rock.” Hunter Bassett, of Granville, will orchestrate the program locally. It will encompass all things rock from geology to Rock n’ Roll.
