Quilling
Pat O will teach us more quilling or feel free to join us if you have a project you are working on and just like to chat while you are crafting. Quilling is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. Pre-registration is not required, materials provided. Pember Board Meeting
A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Pember Library and Museum will be held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Pember. This is a regular meeting and open to the public.
Readers needed for Saturday Fireside Stories
The Fireside Stories program needs readers for Saturday mornings from 10:30 to about 11:00 AM. Please forward this to anyone you think may be willing to read once a month. I need a reader for August 27. We have several books about forgiveness and saying ‘sorry.’ We also need someone for September 17, chickens and September 24, autumn. We have themes picked out for October, November  & December.
Pember Presents: Karen Gallagher ~ “A Musical Trip Around the World”
The summer reading program theme at the Pember Library this summer is One World, Many Stories. Karen Gallagher is a music therapist working in hospital, group home and nursing home settings. She plays the flute with the Sage City Symphony and Washington County Band. She has been leading sing-alongs and encouraging others to make music for over 20 years. Karen will lead our sing-along on August 24 at 6:00 PM at the Pember Library; 33 West Main St. in Granville. …
Labor Day holiday
The Pember Library and Museum will be closed Saturday, September 3 in honor of the Labor Day Holiday. Any books due on that date will now be due on September 6. Thank you.

Pember Book Club
