The Pember is saddened by the death of Patricia Oathout yesterday. She volunteered at the Pember for many years and in many ways. Many of us learned the art of quilling through Pat’s amazing tutelage. She did craft projects with the children and she was a longstanding member of the Friends of the Library working at the book sales and any other project they needed her for.
