March First Friday

Kids’ Art and Robotics Team at Pember First Friday

The Pember is proud to present the first-ever Pre-School Art Exhibit at a First Friday!  Children from four pre-schools will have their creations on display on Friday, March 6, from 7 to 9 PM

And for the second year in a row, the Granville High School Vex Robotics Team is scheduled to have their robots take over the floors of the Pember for a live demonstration.  This is the third year Granville is sending a team to the World Championships!  At the Northern New York State Championships the competition was fierce, with 39 other teams competing.  Granville’s Vex Robotics Team 4305A won the “Excellence Award,” and qualified for the World Championships to be held in Louisville, KY, April 15-18.  Only three teams qualified for this honor, so we are proud to have them at the Pember!  We urge the community to come out and show their support for these outstanding Granville students.

Live music will be provided by guitarist and vocalist Paul Brotchie and guitarist and fiddler, Mark Catman.  Snacks and coffee will be available.

First Fridays in Granville starts at 7:00 p.m. and runs until 9:00
