The Teddy Bear Tea will take place next Saturday, February 16. Bring your favorite stuffed animal and join us at the Pember Library for “tea,” story time, and a “beary” special craft project. This lucky bear will go home with the winner of the drawing.
We have basic NYS tax forms (IT-201, IT-201 ATT, IT-203, and instruction booklets for IT-201 & IT-203) available at the library free of charge. February 7, 6:00 PM at the Pember Library 33 West Main Granville. We will be making filigree earrings. Pat Oathout will teach quilling, an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs.
