In honor of the pets we all consider family members, the Pember Library will have a display of books about pets. There will be a drawing contest for the kids with the prize being a long-arm bobcat. “Open craft night.” People can bring in their card making supplies and work here, sharing materials and ideas. Some basic materials you might bring: card stock, stickers, scissors, holiday scrapbooking paper, glitter, glue sticks, stamps & ink pads, etc. Below are some samples; there are several others on display at the library.
Linda is planning a Thanksgiving program on November 22nd at 11AM. We will have Thanksgiving stories, crafts, tasty turkey treats, and a contest. All children are invited to attend.
Coming up October 25. Linda will present a program with crafts, stories and a puppet show, Fractured Fairy Tale, by the Junior Friends. This program begins at 11:00 AM.
