Linda’s Program

Linda has rescheduled her Saturday Holiday program to take place on Tuesday December 23 at 10:30. Look forward to snacks, activities and a story.

The library will be open Saturday, December 20.

Friday closing

The Pember will not open today due to the forecast of imminent bad weather. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Fines will be waived for any items that become overdue because of the closing.

Lucy has plenty of food and water so no one should worry about her.

I plan to do some library work from home, finish up a couple of gifts I’m making and maybe do a little cooking. I may even put on our DVD of “It’s a Wonderful Life” and make some popcorn.

Feed the Kitty

Lucy has been at the library for over a month now. She has done her job well: to act charming and make the library a welcoming and homey place.

We will be placing a jar at the counter for people to make contributions toward Lucy’s upkeep. Thank you
