Join us at the Pember this Saturday when Tom from the Granville Hook and Ladder Fire Company will be talking to the kids about Fire Safety!
He may bring a fire truck!
There will be fire hats and goodies for the kids!
A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Pember Library and Museum will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Pember. This is a regular meeting and open to the public.

Join us at the Pember Library, 33 West Main St., Granville for Caring for Kids: If you enjoy babysitting or just spending time with young children, have we got an opportunity for you! On March 24 & 31, 6-8 PM and April 7, 1-4 PM Cornell Cooperative Extension of Washington County is offering a workshop series that will focus on ages and stages for kids, choosing toys & activities for children, discipline and child safety. We’ll even fit in some simple snacks & toys for you to make.
Any youth who is 12 years and older as of April 1, 2010 is eligible. You should plan to take all three sessions when you sign up. The fee for the series is $5 per youth.
